First Day Mileage

Locked, Cocked and ready to Rock

All ready to go for tomorrow. I'll have just a few items to throw in like my tablet and food, but otherwise she's packed and I am SO ready to go.

Road Warrior

I finally finished my Harley "Adventure Bags" and I am testing them for a few days before we leave. I can get all my clothing in one side and all my food in the other.  The weight is about even so I'm happy with that.  I'll just need to remember to move clothing as I eat food to keep the weight even. I'm comfortable with about 6 to 8 lbs but that's about it!

I also put my old forward controls back on, minus the pedals, so I can stretch out  .  The fit isn't exactly what I thought it would be but it is comfortable enough till I figure out a better solution.  

Our Trip's Theme Song

Every adventure needs a theme song and since we are headed to Appalachia I figured this one was perfect. There were many options, but I love this song anyway and I wanted to avoid any Deliverance references :)
